What you will do

• Ensure compliance of mobile and web content, and marketing materials, with platform policies including Apple, Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Consult cross-functional teams on regulatory obligations and compliance best practices.
• Monitor platform policy updates and proactively adapt internal workflows.
• Develop internal compliance policies, checklists, guidelines, and educational materials.
• Protect company intellectual property by identifying and reporting infringing content.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, support, and legal teams.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory areas, or a degree in Law.
• English: B2+ proficiency required.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Basic understanding of intellectual property protection and consumer protection regulations.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in tech, mobile apps, or subscription-based SaaS products.
• Knowledge of data protection and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
• Familiarity with app review and ad moderation processes.
• Understanding of advertising compliance and performance marketing ecosystems.
