TL;DR

Junior Legal Counsel (SaaS): Providing legal support across corporate matters, international sales, and contract management with an accent on scalable legal processes and compliance. Focus on drafting business documents, managing incentive programs, and optimizing legal infrastructure for a global scale-up.

Location: Primarily onsite in Stockholm (hybrid: up to 2 days WFH). No work visa or relocation sponsorship provided.

What you will do

  • Support the General Counsel in corporate governance and incentive programs.
  • Assist international sales teams in Stockholm, Toronto, and Sydney with customer negotiations.
  • Draft and review contracts, including purchase, NDA, and supply agreements.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable, business-minded legal platform.
  • Monitor legislative changes to ensure organizational compliance.

Requirements

  • Law degree, preferably from a Swedish University.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an in-house lawyer or within a law firm.
  • Business-level English proficiency in speaking and writing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with shareholders and investors in a public company context.
  • Tech-savviness and interest in optimizing legal tools and implementing AI agents.
  • Strong interest in the international start-up/scale-up scene.
  • Ability to architect complex incentive programs.
