Product Analyst

What you will do

• Monitor A/B tests to ensure data quality and experiment health
• Analyze experiment results end-to-end to identify drivers of change and user drop-offs
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to generate hypotheses and build an experimentation pipeline
• Evaluate feature viability using data to guide investment decisions
• Proactively analyze user behavior to uncover growth opportunities and friction points
• Translate data into clear recommendations for scaling or improving product features

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and ability to challenge assumptions
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing principles
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools, specifically Tableau
• Experience with user behavior analytics tools such as Amplitude, GA4, or PostHog
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data into clear insights
• Fast learner with a strong bias for results

• Python skills for deeper analysis and automation
• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing team
