What you will do

• Conduct Discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, domain research, requirements elicitation, and MVP scope identification.
• Identify and clarify business needs, opportunities, and challenges with stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, BPMN/UML diagrams, and wireframes.
• Facilitate requirement validation sessions with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure shared understanding.
• Perform gap analysis and define as-is and to-be states of systems or business processes.
• Monitor changes and align the solution with business goals throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, preferably across at least two business domains.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and key BA processes.
• Hands-on experience conducting Discovery phases and performing market/domain analysis.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship building.
• Proficiency in using visualization and modeling tools to support requirement communication.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience working in EdTech, E-commerce, or MilTech domains.
• Experience in pre-sales, discovery, or early-stage product definition.
• Knowledge of design thinking, value proposition canvas, or customer journey mapping.
