What you will do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed sales and margin targets for assigned accounts.
• Drive sales performance across all product categories within designated retail partners.
• Plan and execute omni-channel activities across online, in-store, and off-page channels.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and manage promotional budgets to meet financial goals.
• Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that drive growth for both the company and partners.
• Identify and onboard new retail partners to generate incremental business.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Polish
• Proven experience opening and managing accounts in various product categories.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and professional presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
• Strong time management and capability to handle multiple dynamic priorities.
