What you will do

• Lead the commercialisation team to shape and execute GTM strategies for Payment Acceptance products.
• Enable sales teams through technical expertise, training workshops, and the creation of localized sales collateral.
• Conduct thorough research on market trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive environments to inform expansion.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and secure strategic partnerships for international growth.
• Collaborate with product development teams to prioritize features and define technical roadmaps for new markets.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Payments, Consulting, or Banking.
• Experience managing a small team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Natural Sciences, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
