What you will do

• Perform accurate, risk-based decisions to protect users from fraud while minimizing friction.
• Manage and eliminate the Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) backlog for complex, high-risk cases.
• Resolve escalations through detailed analysis and nuanced communication.
• Identify root causes of issues and drive process improvements within the EDD framework.
• Leverage AI tools and data to conduct efficient and effective risk investigations.

Requirements

• Fluency in the Dutch language is required.
• Proven experience in making risk-based decisions on complex Customer Due Diligence (CDD) cases.
• Engineering mindset for identifying root causes and driving process optimization.
• Ability to utilize AI tools for conduct risk investigations.
• Solid understanding of KYC/AML compliance frameworks and their practical application.
