What you will do

• Provide independent reviews of loan and bond underwriting proposals, including bridge and event-driven financings.
• Chair the Underwriting Committees, driving robust risk challenge and high-quality, fact-based decision-making.
• Assess global market trends and developments to inform senior management and Risk Committees.
• Act as the center of expertise for Capital Markets underwriting activities and related risks.
• Lead the development, approval, and application of risk appetite, reporting, and governance frameworks.
• Provide expert advice on the modification of risk policies, procedures, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in capital markets within a first-line or risk management capacity.
