What you will do

• Lead a team of five treasury specialists across Veldhoven and regional offices.
• Manage daily treasury operations, including bank statement processing, account management, and payment execution.
• Own the operational control environment to ensure robust application of the Treasury Policy and global control frameworks.
• Oversee in-house cash (IHC) governance and execution.
• Drive process improvements and digitalization initiatives leveraging LEAN methodologies.
• Handle treasury Back Office incident and crisis escalation management and KYC processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in treasury operations within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of E2E treasury processes, FX, derivatives, and financial instruments.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial internal controls (Sox, US GAAP, IFRS).
• Proven experience in leading teams of highly skilled and motivated professionals.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CTP, CFA, ACCA, or CPA.
• Experience with Treasury tools (IT2) and ERP systems like SAP ECC/S4 Hana.
• Technical experience with data analytics and automation of processes.
• Knowledge of LEAN waste reduction and process optimization.
