What you will do

• Support day-to-day accounting activities including invoice processing and expense claims.
• Assist with monthly reporting, database updates, and preparation of inputs for business reviews.
• Collaborate on cross-functional finance initiatives like sales review and tax invoice creation.
• Explore and implement process improvements using AI and machine learning tools.
• Contribute to various finance team projects and gain hands-on professional experience.
• Optionally work on a thesis project aligned with academic and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Must be a 3rd or 4th-year Bachelor or Master student.
• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam, Netherlands.
• Pragmatic, hands-on approach with a strong interest in accounting and finance.
• Curiosity about automation and AI technologies.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently within defined boundaries.
