What you will do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers and third-party vendors.
  • Manage transactional flows and server status using DynaTrace.
  • Automate and support daily system processes, including purge cycles, log reviews, and batch processing.
  • Maintain and coordinate SSL and security certificates for IBM WebSphere and Apache environments.
  • Support the deployment and upgrades of POS software using WASADMIN tools.
  • Execute monthly Linux and Windows patching schedules across multiple environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity, specifically within federal or VA IT environments.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
  • Proficiency with IBM WebSphere Application Server and IBM MQ.
  • Strong scripting skills in SQL and PowerShell.
  • Experience managing Windows 2019 Server environments.
