Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 USD Annual

What you will do

• Collaborate with Paid Media, Analytics, and Marketing Platform teams to identify and implement new consumer engagement strategies.
• Coordinate discovery with innovative ad tech vendors and facilitate cross-departmental meetings.
• Partner with sourcing, legal, and finance teams to manage vendor onboarding, risk assessments, and contract renewals.
• Build presentations for senior leadership outlining digital roadmaps, industry trends, and ad tech capabilities.
• Support media channel teams with vendor management and JBP agreement negotiations.
• Evaluate AI opportunities across the organization and support AI model review processes.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or ad tech (or HS Diploma/GED with equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of specific experience in Ad Tech with Digital Media.
• Proven experience managing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and JBP roadmaps.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining dashboards using Excel or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of ad tech platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, DV360, or similar.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in an agency environment.
• Familiarity with governance and process requirements in the financial services industry.
• Experience communicating with legal and finance stakeholders.
