Location: Must be based in the US, with a requirement to commute to a Hub for in-person engagement.
Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 USD Annual

What you will do
- Collaborate with Paid Media, Analytics, and Marketing Platform teams to identify and implement new consumer engagement strategies.
- Coordinate discovery with innovative ad tech vendors and facilitate cross-departmental meetings.
- Partner with sourcing, legal, and finance teams to manage vendor onboarding, risk assessments, and contract renewals.
- Build presentations for senior leadership outlining digital roadmaps, industry trends, and ad tech capabilities.
- Support media channel teams with vendor management and JBP agreement negotiations.
- Evaluate AI opportunities across the organization and support AI model review processes.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or ad tech (or HS Diploma/GED with equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of specific experience in Ad Tech with Digital Media.
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and JBP roadmaps.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining dashboards using Excel or Tableau.
- Working knowledge of ad tech platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, DV360, or similar.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in an agency environment.
- Familiarity with governance and process requirements in the financial services industry.
- Experience communicating with legal and finance stakeholders.
