What you will do

• Lead technical teams in the design, development, and deployment of multi-tier applications across web, client, and server environments.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure scalable and reusable system designs.
• Create advanced technical documentation, including design specifications and coding standards.
• Provide subject matter expertise in application design and database best practices.
• Offer technical consulting for application enhancements and new module design.
• Mentor junior designers to support their technical growth and performance.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in application, web, and product design across the full development lifecycle.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep expertise in software architecture, programming languages, and web application development.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team coordination skills in technical environments.
• Ability to analyze technical feasibility, costs, and budgets for large-scale system initiatives.
• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare-related technologies is preferred.
