Salary: $105,700 - $149,275

What you will do

• Establish and manage the operational framework for Data Architecture to ensure scalable and disciplined execution.
• Design and manage a structured intake process for architecture requests, aligning them with organizational priorities.
• Enforce clear expectations for architecture deliverables and maintain a consistent definition of done.
• Manage the team's operating cadence, including standups, roadmap sessions, and governance forums.
• Develop and track operational metrics such as throughput, cycle time, and delivery completion.
• Own the lifecycle of architecture standards, policies, and design patterns, ensuring they are documented and consistently applied.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer; no visa sponsorship available (including CPT/OPT).
• 7 to 10 years of experience in architecture operations, coordination, or governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to drive accountability across senior contributors without direct authority.
• Working knowledge of data architecture concepts, including APIs, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
