Salary: $124,500 - $160,000 per year

• Research and design complex systems and support processes to satisfy business needs.
• Construct, modify, and test large-scale system changes.
• Diagnose and resolve complex production incidents to minimize business impact.
• Provide comprehensive technical documentation according to corporate standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts to align technical solutions with customer expectations.
• Lead technical aspects of large projects and mentor peer developers.

Requirements

• 13+ years of applicable technical experience.
• Proficiency in Cobol and Assembler languages.
• Experience working within an IBM mainframe environment.
• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Math, or Management Information Services.
• Authorized to work in the US (based on benefit offerings like 401k and Pension).

Nice to have

• Experience with CICS.
• Knowledge of Life and Annuity systems (LIFE-COMM, LIFE/70).
• Experience with Documerge.
• Experience in new product implementation.
