What you will do

• Establish and maintain a strong safety culture aligned with corporate values and local laws.
• Oversee daily plant operations, production planning, and execution to meet volume and quality targets.
• Monitor and improve manufacturing efficiency, cost control, and maintenance reliability.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary leadership team at the site.
• Manage the site budget, including fixed/variable costs, headcount, and capital expenditures.
• Foster constructive relations with work councils, unions, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or a relevant technical field.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or process industries.
• Strong background in process safety and regulated environments.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to work on-site in Estella-Lizarra, Spain.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
