What you will do

• Build and maintain high-quality pipelines for global sales roles, including AEs, AMs, SDRs, and leadership.
• Execute targeted sourcing strategies through competitor mapping, outbound engagement, and talent segmentation.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Sales leadership to ensure pipeline coverage aligns with regional hiring demand.
• Drive top-of-funnel activity using structured sourcing sprints and outbound campaigns.
• Apply rigorous qualification discipline to ensure candidates meet the bar for role, market, and motivation.
• Leverage data and AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency and build a scalable sourcing model.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience sourcing for Sales/GTM roles.
• Professional background in the SaaS or tech industry.
• Track record of building talent pipelines across multiple regions (NA, EMEA, APJ).
• Deep understanding of methods and channels to find high-performing sales talent.
• Ability to operate with ownership and execution-focus in a high-demand global environment.
