What you will do

• Collaborate with agencies to drive overall revenue growth and enhance onboarding efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support via campaign optimization, data analysis, and regular business reviews.
• Develop and execute training systems for certified hirify.global agencies.
• Partner with product, leadership, and GTM teams to provide strategic insights for business growth.
• Work with legal and financial teams to establish strategic trading agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Mobile Advertising, ideally in Account Management.
• Proven experience working with performance agencies and day-to-day campaign management.
• Proficiency with big data, MMPs, the mobile app ecosystem, and ad tech.
• Knowledge of CTV ads and full-funnel advertising solutions.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin as working languages.
• Proficiency in Excel and Slides; SQL and Python are preferred.
