What you will do
- Identify, develop, and close high-value commercial partnerships across the GCR mobile ecosystem to drive revenue.
- Develop joint business plans and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and market opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with strategic partners, including DSPs, media networks, agencies, and OEMs (e.g., ByteDance, Tencent, Xiaomi).
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal teams to align partnership strategies with business priorities.
- Leverage AI-powered analytics and market intelligence to optimize commercial outcomes.
- Ensure strict compliance with local regulations, including PIPL, SDK policies, and App Store guidelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial sales within mobile AdTech, SaaS, or digital advertising.
- Mandarin fluency (written and spoken) and strong English proficiency are required.
- Deep knowledge of the Chinese mobile ecosystem, local business culture, and AdTech players.
- Solid grasp of GCR regulatory requirements, including PIPL and SDK data practices.
- Proven habit of embedding AI into daily research, prioritization, and decision-making.
Nice to have
- Direct experience managing MMP, DSP, Ad Network, or agency partnerships in the GCR market.
- Experience with SaaS product partnerships or mobile analytics platforms.
- An existing professional network within the GCR mobile advertising or marketing technology ecosystem.
