What you will do

• Drive Commercial & Service Excellence by identifying business challenges and enabling scalable solutions across functions and systems.
• Lead digitalization and automation initiatives, leveraging AI-powered solutions and intelligent agents to enhance efficiency.
• Design and manage the global rollout of SAP Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions.
• Own the continuous evolution of the CRM landscape (SAP Sales & Service Cloud) in partnership with SAP.
• Build and deliver impactful training concepts, tools, and frameworks to elevate sales and service capabilities.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Over 3 years of experience in project management, process excellence, CRM, or digital transformation.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably SAP Sales & Service Cloud, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to analyze business challenges and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Experience leading initiatives from concept through implementation, testing, rollout, and user adoption.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across business and technical teams.
