What you will do

• Define and execute the regional SME Healthcare strategy aligned with national goals.
• Drive commercial growth across lending, deposits, and fee income.
• Lead and develop a dispersed team of Relationship Directors and specialists.
• Serve as the senior sponsor for strategic healthcare clients and relationships.
• Manage credit oversight and decisioning for complex lending within delegated authority.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and portfolio quality.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in SME or Commercial Banking.
• Proven track record of leading Relationship Directors or Managers.
• Strong expertise in credit risk and complex lending.
• Experience delivering commercial growth in lending and income.
• Ability to manage client portfolios within a regulated environment.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.

• Deep knowledge of UK Healthcare markets (Primary Care, Social Care, Dental, etc.).
