TL;DR

Senior Project Manager (Gamedev): Driving the delivery of art production and visual features for World of Warships with an accent on coordination of 3D, UI, and concept art teams. Focus on managing complex dependencies, optimizing production pipelines, and ensuring consistent delivery of visual content for a live product.

Location: Belgrade, Serbia. Onsite during probation, thereafter onsite or hybrid (3 days/week in office).

What you will do

• Manage the delivery of 3D, UI, concept art, and tech art streams, including cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate execution across multiple disciplines to manage timelines, risks, quality expectations, and dependencies.
• Optimize project planning, reporting routines, and communication practices within the project area.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps ranging from sprint planning to annual feature and content plans.
• Facilitate cross-department communication and resolve resource allocation conflicts.
• Support financial planning for project tooling, licenses, and operational needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in game development with a strong focus on managing art delivery.
• Deep understanding of art production pipelines and delivery planning.
• Proficiency with modern tools including Jira, Confluence, Miro, and AI/LLM-assisted workflows.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) level required.
• Location: Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.
