What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle and coordinate teams of 5+ employees.
• Lead presale activities, including effort estimation and technical research.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as PRD, Roadmaps, and WBS.
• Facilitate customer cooperation and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Oversee release management and engineering infrastructure processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate solutions for complex business requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience in presale activities is mandatory.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM and software development lifecycles.
• Ability to organize team workflows and manage project documentation.
• Technical background or familiarity with domains like embedded, web, cloud, or AI/ML.
