What you will do

• Manage procurement cycles for software, SaaS, AI, and IT infrastructure from request to execution.
• Lead vendor negotiations regarding pricing, renewals, usage-based models, and commercial terms.
• Partner with R&D, IT, Security, and Finance to align purchasing needs with business requirements.
• Support SaaS renewal cycles through usage reviews, seat optimization, and benchmarking.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and consolidate tools to improve commercial outcomes.
• Improve procurement workflows, reporting, and internal stakeholder experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management within technology or SaaS environments.
• Proven experience negotiating SaaS agreements, licensing, and complex commercial terms.
• Understanding of AI-related commercial models, including token consumption and data usage terms.
• Strong knowledge of P2P processes, including intake, approvals, and vendor onboarding.
• Ability to translate technical business requirements into practical procurement actions.
• Must be comfortable working in a hybrid model from Warsaw or Barcelona.
• Strong English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with procurement orchestration or SaaS management platforms like Opstream, NetSuite, Torii, or Zip.
