What you will do

• Manage and develop relationships with current and prospective coffee suppliers.
• Lead communications with suppliers via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Lead and manage the internal sourcing team.
• Assist in developing commercial pricing and offer lists.
• Represent the company at various industry fairs and events.
• Oversee the entire green coffee sourcing process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canvas.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with specialty coffee producers, cooperatives, or exporters.
• Familiarity with sustainability certifications (e.g., Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, Organic).
• Exposure to international trade logistics or coffee importing/exporting.
• Basic understanding of green coffee quality evaluation and cupping.
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
