What you will do

• Own end-to-end sourcing activity across marketing, professional services, and general services categories.
• Lead RFx processes, direct negotiations, and contract execution for your portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in Marketing, People, and Finance.
• Conduct category deep dives to identify spend consolidation and value improvement opportunities.
• Develop category strategies that align commercial outcomes with business needs.
• Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure procurement compliance and risk management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing or procurement experience in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to maintain supplier and stakeholder relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to prioritize and demonstrate impact.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and execute category plans independently.
• Clear communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences from finance to marketing leadership.
• Hands-on experience in Marketing Services and General Services categories.
