What you will do

• Lead and manage the technical Metav team, ensuring budget, quality, and schedule objectives are met.
• Coordinate technical departments including civil, systems, environment, digital, and operations.
• Facilitate integration activities across various project disciplines.
• Provide impartial technical guidance to the client throughout the program.
• Manage design team leaders and oversee the approval of design deliverables and RFI responses.
• Coordinate with international sub-contractors and internal project control/procurement teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Over 35 years of experience in transportation project design and management.
• Minimum 14 years of experience as a Project Manager for rail and metro line projects.
• Proven experience in at least two metro projects during the design phase.
• Experience managing engineering teams of up to 200 people.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
