What you will do

• Manage day-to-day execution of piping installation works, including spool installation, welding, and mechanical activities.
• Lead and coordinate construction teams, supervisors, and subcontractors to deliver works according to program targets.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture aligned with site standards and permit-to-work systems.
• Coordinate material availability, access platforms, and lifting equipment to remove installation constraints.
• Ensure installation works comply with project quality standards, inspection test plans (ITPs), and welding procedures.
• Manage contractual obligations under NEC3, identifying early warnings or changes affecting scope, cost, or program.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite at Hinkley Point C, UK.
• Demonstrable experience managing mechanical or piping installation on major industrial infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing works in high-safety or highly regulated environments such as nuclear, power generation, or petrochemical facilities.
• Proven experience delivering projects under NEC3 contracts.
• Relevant engineering or construction qualification (e.g., Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management).
• Valid SMSTS and CCNSG certifications.
