What you will do

• Collaborate with business leads to inform budget-setting and ongoing forecasts for headcount and operational expenses.
• Participate in meetings with business leads to gather insights and provide financial guidance.
• Record accurate transactions during month-end close procedures.
• Provide variance commentary between actuals and forecasts, identifying key drivers and trends.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of financial planning business processes and budgeting.
• High proficiency in utilizing Workday, OneStream, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with large sets of data to spot trends and anomalies.
• Must have no unspent criminal convictions under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
