Junior Risk Analyst

Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Lithuania) — 3 office days / 2 WFH

Salary: €1,900–€2,700 Gross per month

What you will do

• Perform due diligence and risk assessments, specifically researching KYC elements.
• Monitor product usage and ensure strict compliance with company policies.
• Conduct payment risk assessments to analyze and prevent fraud cases.
• Collaborate with various teams to establish processes for incident prevention.
• Support team colleagues in daily operational tasks.

Requirements

• Some experience in the KYC, Compliance, or Risk areas.
• General understanding of risk management principles.
• Strong analytical thinking and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
• Ability to work independently and effectively under uncertainty.

Nice to have

• Experience working with payment processors and conducting payment reviews.
• Experience with data visualization software such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Previous experience in customer support.
