What you will do

• Administer and configure Jira and Polarion environments to meet business needs.

• Manage user roles, permissions, access rights, and reporting dashboards.
• Optimize platform usability and ensure consistency across environments.
• Provide technical guidance and support to key and end users.
• Collaborate with engineering, project, quality, and operational teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Jira and Polarion administration and customization.
• Expertise in configuring workflows, permissions, roles, templates, and dashboards.
• Experience gathering and formalizing user and stakeholder requirements.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
