What you will do
- Administer and configure Jira and Polarion environments to meet business needs.
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate them into tool configurations and workflows.
- Manage user roles, permissions, access rights, and reporting dashboards.
- Optimize platform usability and ensure consistency across environments.
- Provide technical guidance and support to key and end users.
- Collaborate with engineering, project, quality, and operational teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Jira and Polarion administration and customization.
- Expertise in configuring workflows, permissions, roles, templates, and dashboards.
- Experience gathering and formalizing user and stakeholder requirements.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience in engineering, industrial, or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of ALM and requirements management processes.
- Experience supporting change management and user adoption.
- Understanding of software or systems engineering workflows.
