What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Design mockups and wireframes using Figma to visualize requirements.
• Model and optimize business processes using user stories, use cases, and UML diagrams.
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration between developers, QA, and product owners to ensure timely feature delivery.
• Facilitate decision-making and monitor progress from initial idea to production release.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business or System Analyst in IT projects.
• Proven ability to write detailed specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Practical experience with process modeling and requirements management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency in SQL, system integrations (REST/SOAP), and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Professional English proficiency is mandatory; Russian language skills are considered a plus.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with experience in large-scale or international projects.
