TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Brussels, Belgium (50% on-site presence required)

What you will do
- Analyze and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with agile squads to develop payment-related solutions.
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical IT teams.
- Contribute to solution design within a distributed Java-based environment.
- Support backlog refinement and ensure high-quality project deliverables.
- Work effectively within international, cross-border teams.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience as a Functional Analyst.
- Mandatory expertise in the Payments domain.
- Fluency in both French and English (C1 level).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to be quickly operational in a project-based setting.
- Must be based in Brussels and available for 50% on-site work.
