Consultancy Administrator

TL;DR

Consultancy Administrator (Administration): Supporting outcome measure programmes by managing supplier communications and data quality with an accent on supplier onboarding and reporting. Focus on maintaining accurate supplier records, coordinating data inputs, and ensuring high-quality data updates for account managers.

Location: Remote (UK) with occasional travel

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 pro rata

What you will do

• Manage supplier communications and respond to queries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate and chase programme inputs to ensure deadlines are met.
• Support the onboarding of new suppliers and maintain accurate records.
• Perform data quality control by identifying anomalies and outliers in incoming data.
• Produce and share clear weekly data updates and reports for Account Managers.
• Manage documentation and version control using SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 suite.

Requirements

• Proven experience in administration, coordination, or operations support.
• Confidence in data handling, quality control, and record maintenance.
• Excellent written communication skills for external supplier interaction.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and SharePoint.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Ability to work part-time hours spread across five working days.

Nice to have

• Experience in the veterinary or agricultural sector (or adjacent food/farming supply chains).
