Salary: $175,500 – $219,400

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technical strategy for the AI Agents Platform.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rapid growth.
- Own the architecture of a multi-tenant AI agent platform on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Define and enforce SLAs and reliability metrics to drive operational excellence.
- Stay ahead of the AI curve by evaluating and adopting cutting-edge technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Requirements
- 8+ years of combined experience, including 3+ years of engineering management.
- Proven expertise in AWS cloud services and multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
- 5+ years of hands-on software development with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, or React.
- Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered products (LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows).
- Demonstrated success building and scaling small, high-output squads.
- Must be comfortable operating in an on-site environment in Boston, MA.

- Experience with AI agent platforms, orchestration frameworks, or developer tooling for AI.
- Track record of tight delivery cycles and end-to-end ownership.
