What you will do
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide high-quality technical support.
- Troubleshoot issues by deep-diving into the product, APIs, and databases to offer effective solutions.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to facilitate timely resolution of technical requirements.
- Build and maintain robust, sustainable relationships with key customers and partners.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical resolutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Customer Support or Account Management.
- Strong technical proficiency with APIs, databases, and logging tools like Kibana.
- Solid SQL knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg for a hybrid work setup.
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS or B2B products.
- Knowledge of mobile marketing, tracking, and attribution.
- Strong interest in diving deep into the Adtech industry.
