TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid: 3 core office days per week).

What you will do

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide high-quality technical support.
  • Troubleshoot issues by deep-diving into the product, APIs, and databases to offer effective solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to facilitate timely resolution of technical requirements.
  • Build and maintain robust, sustainable relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical resolutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Customer Support or Account Management.
  • Strong technical proficiency with APIs, databases, and logging tools like Kibana.
  • Solid SQL knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg for a hybrid work setup.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SaaS or B2B products.
  • Knowledge of mobile marketing, tracking, and attribution.
  • Strong interest in diving deep into the Adtech industry.
