TL;DR

Channel Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing the success and growth of a portfolio of EMEA resellers, VARs, and distributors with an accent on partner enablement, onboarding, and long-term growth. Focus on turning transactional partners into high-performing advocates through structured training, health monitoring, and strategic QBRs.

Location: Berlin, Germany. This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Manage the post-sales relationship for a defined portfolio of EMEA resellers, VARs, and distributors.
  • Travel regularly to meet partners on-site to build executive relationships and deepen company presence.
  • Drive structured partner onboarding and enablement, including product training and GTM workshops.
  • Monitor partner health and activity data to proactively identify risks and prevent churn.
  • Collaborate with Channel Account Managers to identify expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Execute regular QBRs with strategic partners to align on performance and joint growth plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a channel-facing post-sales role (CSM, Partner Success) within a SaaS or tech company.
  • Deep understanding of the indirect channel model, including reseller and distributor operations.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and EMEA.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the UK channel landscape.
  • Background in RMM, MDM, endpoint management, or IT management SaaS.
