TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of high-value customers to drive product adoption, onboarding, and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. Focus on building long-term strategic partnerships, analyzing usage data to reduce churn, and acting as a trusted advisor.
Location: Berlin, Germany. This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of the largest and most important customers, establishing connections from support agents to CxOs.
- Drive product adoption and reduce churn by analyzing usage data and guiding customers through improvements.
- Identify, qualify, and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your assigned accounts.
- Act as the single point of contact and trusted advisor to ensure customers leverage the solution effectively.
- Utilize Salesforce to document activities and forecast opportunities accurately.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager owning a portfolio of accounts.
- Exceptional consultative skills, including active listening and the ability to overcome objections.
- Analytical mindset capable of identifying root causes and developing solutions quickly.
- Must be eligible to work in Germany without visa sponsorship.
