Salary: $151,000 — $196,000 USD

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with academic and community physicians to drive adoption of diagnostic tests.
• Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and support investigator-initiated studies through publication.
• Deliver tailored scientific presentations and contribute to the generation of real-world evidence demonstrating clinical utility.
• Partner cross-functionally to inform product strategy and serve as a scientific resource for internal teams.
• Critically evaluate scientific literature and develop educational materials for both external and internal audiences.
• Support managed care initiatives by providing clinical and scientific evidence for coverage discussions.

Requirements

• Terminal scientific and/or clinical degree (Ph.D., M.D., or Pharm.D.).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical or industry experience, preferably in oncology or endocrinology.
• Strong foundation in genomics and molecular diagnostics.
• Demonstrated understanding of the peer-review and publication process (e.g., first-author publication).
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (~60%) across the Southern Mid-Atlantic region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
