What you will do

• Provide subject matter expertise for clinical hold resolution.
• Communicate with clients to resolve clinical issues related to test orders.
• Review genetic test orders to verify appropriateness and prevent redundant testing.
• Resolve discrepancies or missing information in collaboration with clients to ensure compliance with protocols.
• Accurately document order details and updates into internal systems.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain high-quality clinical service delivery.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Genetic Counseling, or Master’s/PhD in Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or an MD/DO.
• Certification by the American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) for Genetic Counselors.
• Valid licensure in the state where the employee works.
• Professional-level proficiency in mathematical reasoning and language-based communication.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Ability to work the shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm ET.
