What you will do

• Lead the generation of DES models from concept to detailed system mimicry.
• Perform bottleneck analysis and develop strategies to optimize system throughput.
• Coordinate project reviews and report results via DES dashboards.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop and optimize solutions within strict deadlines.
• Mentor and train junior team members and graduates.
• Support the continuous development of tools and techniques to enhance model robustness.

Requirements

• Working knowledge and experience of Discrete Event Simulation toolsets.
• Proven experience with Lanner Witness or Siemens Technomatix Plant Simulation.
• Background in production process flow simulation and complex technical problem solving.
• Experience delivering DES models to meet specific programme KPIs and targets.
• Ability to work effectively in production site environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead and support team members.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive production environments.
• Knowledge of programme integration and new programme practices in automotive engineering.
