What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Drive the technical roadmap for the dashboarding platform, ensuring high code quality and performance.
• Architect and implement new features in the custom dashboarding system using modern frontend technologies.
• Champion frontend best practices, including performance optimizations and accessibility.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex data exploration needs into intuitive interfaces.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted and agentic development workflows within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a team lead role.
• Proven experience as a frontend engineer with strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience with at least one major frontend framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.
• Experience working in fully remote teams.
• Background in developing data visualization or dashboarding systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools.
