What you will do

• Provide white-glove onboarding experiences for new and renewing partners.
• Deliver comprehensive product training and webinars to ensure customer readiness.
• Project manage client implementations by tracking tasks against schedules.
• Monitor customer adoption and usage metrics to identify and mitigate churn risks.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and development teams to improve product value and client experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the account lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2-4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences and managing complex implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce.
