Salary: $21/hr - $25/hr

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for member onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Manage multiple client relationships, including training, query resolution, and proactive outreach.
• Track member health and identify opportunities for service and tool enhancements.
• Collaborate across internal and external teams to ensure high levels of member satisfaction.
• Facilitate timely resolutions to inquiries and ensure overall member fulfillment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and technical contacts.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any US employer.
• 1+ years of experience in Member Success, Customer Success, or Account Management.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication capabilities.
• Ability to manage large amounts of information and make data-driven decisions.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.

• Experience working with retailers, distributors, or CPG manufacturers.
• Familiarity with hirify.global IX-ONE platforms and processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and BI platforms.
