What you will do

• Define and communicate the long-term product vision for LMS, LXP, and CMS platforms.
• Own the product portfolio and roadmap, balancing learner experience with platform scalability and operational efficiency.
• Build and lead a high-performing product management organization, mentoring team members and defining accountability structures.
• Establish product management operating models, including discovery, roadmap planning, and cross-functional decision frameworks.
• Partner with Engineering, Content, Compliance, and Sales leadership to align platform capabilities with organizational goals.
• Leverage AI, machine learning, and learner analytics to drive innovation and personalize learning outcomes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience, including leadership of product teams.
• Proven track record of building and scaling SaaS or platform-based products.
• Strong experience partnering with Engineering to deliver complex software platforms.
• Experience establishing product management processes, operating models, and roadmap governance.
• Data-driven and metrics-oriented mindset with a focus on learner outcomes and operational impact.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with learning platforms (LMS, LXP, CMS) or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Background in SaaS businesses with subscription revenue models.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven industries.
