Location: Hybrid in Budapest, Hungary
Compensation: HUF 1.5M – 1.9M per month

What you will do
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the Digitary platform to achieve quarterly and yearly goals.
- Take full accountability for product outcomes, using iterative shipping and success metrics to drive decisions.
- Analyze customer insights and market intelligence to steer the strategy of the credentialing market.
- Collaborate with R&D teams in Australia and Dublin to ship new value and resolve blockers.
- Implement AI-powered workflows to accelerate product validation and discovery.
- Coach newer PMs and model strong product thinking across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within B2B SaaS.
- Experience shipping products across multiple countries with an understanding of regulatory and cultural differences.
- Proficiency with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, or similar.
- Ability to communicate complex tradeoffs effectively to customers, peers, and executives.
- Must be based in Budapest, Hungary to support a hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Experience in edtech, credentialing, or regulated spaces like higher education and identity.
- Familiarity with credentialing standards (Open Badges, W3C Verifiable Credentials, or CLR).
- Experience working with distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones.
