What you will do

• Define and champion a compelling product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with company strategy.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product team while establishing rigorous execution processes.
• Drive end-to-end product strategy across the portfolio, ensuring clear vision and measurable outcomes.
• Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to fundraising, board communications, and organizational decisions.
• Translate macro trends and competitive insights into differentiated product strategies.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, sales, and customer success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a VP or senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing product teams.
• Demonstrated 0-to-1 product experience and successful first launches.
• Experience launching and scaling SaaS products, preferably in AI or marketing technology.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to work closely with engineering teams.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence boards and align cross-functional stakeholders.
