What you will do
- Act as a strategic business partner for enterprise accounts, managing the entire post-sale customer journey.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities while actively reducing churn.
- Analyze usage data and customer behavior to provide personalized recommendations and demonstrate ROI.
- Lead regular business reviews and strategic check-ins to deepen client relationships.
- Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to forecast and negotiate renewal terms.
- Collect and synthesize product feedback to support adoption objectives and influence product development.
Requirements
- Must be based in Egypt or Jordan
- Fluent in English and Arabic (reading, writing, presenting)
- 5+ years of enterprise customer success or relationship management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS and e-commerce.
- Proven track record of managing revenue-related KPIs including renewal rates, NRR, and churn.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools like Salesforce or Gainsight.
- Ability to travel for customer visits as needed.
