What you will do

• Plan and execute video campaigns across YouTube, Social Media, and DV360.
• Prepare budget recommendations and media plans aligned with market goals.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform strategy.
• Optimize campaigns by applying best practices and testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with the Offline and Marketing Analytics teams to build cross-channel plans.
• Monitor media consumption trends to support strategic campaign decisions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in managing paid acquisition channels.
• Familiarity with programmatic platforms (Google Ads) and social media (Meta, TikTok).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team environment.
• Must be based in Lithuania to support the hybrid office model.

• Familiarity with DV360.
• Basic understanding of statistical concepts.
• Interest in TV media planning and buying.
