Location: Hybrid — 3 days in the Vilnius office
Salary: €2,500–€4,000 gross/month

What you will do
- Source, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliates via outbound outreach and inbound application reviews.
- Coordinate monthly promotions, seasonal campaigns, and evergreen content initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (CVR, AOV, ROI) to proactively optimize partner performance.
- Collaborate with creative and web teams to ensure affiliates have up-to-date assets, banners, and tracking links.
- Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, building trust and maintaining strong relationships.
- Audit partner activity for quality and compliance, enforcing program policies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing, focusing on performance, content, and email affiliates.
- Proven track record of sourcing and managing revenue-generating affiliate partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for performance optimization.
- Technical aptitude with tracking parameters, attribution setup, and affiliate platforms.
- Location: Must be based in or be able to work from the Vilnius office 3 days a week.
